Data Deletion Notice

1. Types of Data to Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following types of personal data will be removed:

• Uploaded Photos or Videos: All multimedia files you have uploaded to the platform, including photos, videos, and other file formats.
• App Usage Data: We may also delete other data related to your use of our services, such as interaction logs, preferences, and settings.

2. Deletion Process

Once your deletion request is received, we will immediately initiate the process. The steps are as follows:

• Request Submission: You submit the deletion request via the settings page.
• Data Deletion: We will complete the deletion of all data within 30 days. Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems until those backups are cleared.
• Deletion Confirmation: Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a notification confirming the successful removal of your data.

Please be aware that the deletion process may take some time to ensure thorough data removal and compliance with legal requirements.

3. User Rights

After submitting a deletion request, you retain the following rights:

• Data Recovery: Once deletion is completed, data cannot typically be restored. Please ensure you no longer need the data before proceeding. If the deletion has been executed, we cannot recover the data for you.
• Withdrawal of Deletion Request: You may cancel the request at any time while processing is underway. If you choose to retain the data, the deletion will not proceed.
• Backup Data: Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records, legally mandated data), which will not be affected by the deletion process.

4. Data Retention Period

While we strive to delete your personal data promptly, certain data may be retained in the following cases:

• Legal or Contractual Obligations: Some data must be retained due to legal requirements, particularly involving financial, tax, or regulatory matters.
• Backup Data: Backup data in our systems will be permanently deleted within 60 days.
• Service Improvement or Audits: In some cases, anonymized data may be kept for service enhancements, troubleshooting, or compliance purposes.

We are committed to retaining your data only where legally or operationally necessary and will delete it as soon as it is no longer required.
